hypedesk.io provides users with:

Unlimited Access to a curated database of directories, communities, and other platforms ("Submission Opportunities") where users can submit and promote their apps or projects.
Daily Updates of new Submission Opportunities.
A CRM-like interface to manage, track, and organize all your submissions in a convenient way ("Submission Management Tools").
Lifetime Deal pricing, where a one-time payment grants you lifetime access for a single project, inclusive of updates to our database and Submission Opportunities.

The Service is intended solely for your own personal or internal business use. Any other use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized by hypedesk.io in writing.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Authority: If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative and have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Obligations

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and using the Service.

Lawful Use: You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third parties and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Single-Project License: Each paid license grants you lifetime access to the Service for one project. To use the Service for additional projects, you will need to purchase additional licenses unless otherwise agreed upon with hypedesk.io.

5. Payment and Billing

Lifetime Deal: Your payment is a one-time fee granting lifetime access to our curated database, daily updates, and Submission Management Tools for the single project you registered.

No Refunds: Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will review your case.

Changes in Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing for new users or additional features in the future. However, once you have purchased a lifetime deal, no additional fees will be required for ongoing standard use of the Service for the covered project.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property available through the Service are owned or licensed by hypedesk.io. You may only use such content for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with the Service.

User Content: By submitting any content (e.g., project listings, descriptions, images) through the Service, you grant hypedesk.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Feedback: If you provide any feedback or suggestions to us, you grant us the right to use such feedback or suggestions without any obligation to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hypedesk.io disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to keep our database accurate and updated, we cannot guarantee that your submissions will be accepted or that you will achieve any specific results from using the Submission Opportunities. The acceptance of your project by external directories and communities is beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, hypedesk.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Aggregate Liability: In no event will hypedesk.io's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to hypedesk.io in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hypedesk.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

10. Termination

By You: You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

By hypedesk.io: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbian, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Serbian for any actions relating to these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
